Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect the account details handled by our sign-in provider (such as your email address), the photos you upload to create a video, the videos that are generated, and basic usage and payment records needed to run the service.

How we use your photos and videos

Your uploaded photo is used only to generate your video. To do that, it is sent to the third-party AI model providers that power generation. Finished videos are kept in your account history so you can re-watch and re-download them.

We do not use your photos or videos to train our own AI models, and we do not sell your personal information or your content.

Data retention and deletion

Generated videos stay in your account until you delete them or ask us to remove them. You can request deletion of your photos, videos, or account at any time by emailing [email protected] and we will remove them from our systems.

Third-party services

We rely on service providers to operate: authentication, payment processing, cloud storage and content delivery, and AI model providers for video generation. These providers process your data only to provide their part of the service, under their own terms and privacy policies.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and you may only upload photos of adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
